Items that aren’t damaged or incorrect are not eligible for exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Gift Cards are non refundable.

 

Damaged items:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. 

Once emailed be sure your reply include the following information in the email:

Description of the defect(s)

Defects within 95% of acceptance are not considered damage. Unfortunately, there is variation in clothing manufacturing. We hope you understand 😊

 

Wrong size:

If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabeled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out. If there was no mistake then unfortunate you are not eligible for an exchange.

Return Instructions:

Securely pack your merchandise. We are not responsible for items that are damaged while in transit to our fulfillment center.

Include a note with the following information:

Order number

Reason for return

Ship the merchandise to the provided return address provided on the packing slip.

Please make sure to secure a tracking number or delivery confirmation number for your shipment. Your order # is required for your return or exchange to be processed by our fulfillment warehouse.

 

Incorrect/Missing Items:

Exact design colors are not guaranteed as every computer screen and phone displays differently. Slight color variations from the picture do not meet the definition of incorrect.

Once emailed be sure your reply include the following information in the email:

Picture of wrong item received

Missing item name

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
